Tawheed-based education is an effort to create and shape students with noble character. In order to realize the goal of monotheism education, Salafiyah Wustho Ihya' As-Sunnah makes efforts to make this happen through the preparation of a monotheism education curriculum, which is applied to every aspect of learning. This research aims to determine the relevance that exists between the values of monotheism education contained in Surah Al-Ikhlas according to Ibnu Katsir's interpretation and the Tauhid Education Curriculum in the Salafiyah Wustho Ihya' As-Sunnah Singkut. To achieve the research objectives above, a qualitative research approach was used. Qualitative research is methods for exploring and understanding the meaning ascribed to social or humanitarian problems. Based on the research that has been carried out, it was found that there is relevance between the Values of Tawheed Education in Surah Al-Ikhlas According to Tafsir Ibnu Katsir and the Tawheed Education Curriculum in the Salafiyah Wustho Ihya' As-Sunnah Singkut. First, the value of monotheism makes Allah the goal of life. Second, the value of monotheism is worshiping only Allah. Third, the value of monotheism involves Allah in everything. All of these values of monotheism have relevance to the monotheism education curriculum at Salafiyah Wustho Ihya' As-Sunnah Singkut.
