Persepsi Guru Mengenai Dampak Pengaruh Kehadiran Siswa pada Pemahaman Pembelajaran di RA Tahfidz Al Qur'an Jamilurrohman

Abstract

This study is based on the influence of student attendance on the understanding of learning materials, where low attendance levels often hinder students' comprehension and negatively impact their learning evaluation results. The aim of this research is to explore teachers' perceptions of student attendance at RA Tahfidz Al Qur'an Jamilurrohman and its impact on the understanding of learning materials, as well as to identify strategies employed by teachers to assist students with irregular attendance in comprehending the materials. Using a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews with relevant parties, and document analysis, this study found that teachers perceive student attendance as a crucial factor that positively influences academic comprehension and character development. However, student attendance is often constrained by health issues, family conditions, and the learning environment. To address these challenges, teachers employ various strategies involving collaboration across all school elements to ensure that students with irregular attendance can still understand the learning materials.
